There are a few drawbacks though:

  • You can’t start sending emails immediately after signing up

You get a clean deal pipeline, easy deal movement, and simple customization. I especially liked that live chat connects directly with the CRM, so every conversation is saved inside the contact record — giving you a full customer history in one place.

Brevo also lets you assign contacts to team members and automate basic sales tasks without needing another tool.

There are some limits:
